Note: You can deny these permissions, but some features may not function properly. Audio data is processed locally on your device and transmitted only when you choose to send messages or content.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

Biva is a fitness community platform where users can share content. We strictly prohibit the following types of content:
- Adult/Sexual Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, or nudity
- Disturbing Content: Graphic violence, self-harm, or content designed to shock or disgust
- Gambling: Promotion of gambling activities or betting
- Illegal Substances: Content promoting drugs, illegal substances, or substance abuse
- Political Content: Political propaganda, extremist views, or divisive political content
- Discrimination: Content that discriminates based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
- Harassment: Bullying, threats, or targeted harassment of individuals
- Misinformation: False health claims or dangerous fitness advice
